Guarantee Policy

All unused undamaged items may be returned for exchange or refund less 20% restocking fee within 30 days. Products need to be in the original carton with all accompanying instructions and packing. Enclose the invoice and a brief explanation. An e-mail or phone call would also help assure a smooth transaction. Ship prepaid using UPS or insured parcel post. For items that are covered under a factory warranty please follow the factory instructions. Defective closeout items may be exchanged for like product only. No refunds offered on closeout items.
